On Feb 27, 2020, OhmniLabs team members participated in the 65th-anniversary celebration of the Vietnamese medical profession and the Grand Opening of the Long An Maternity Hospital hosted by Technical World Group (TWG). As a TWG partner, OhmniLabs was invited to demonstrate how the Ohmni® telepresence robot can enhance healthcare for remote patients and improve operational efficiency.
With the desire to improve quality of life by developing social service infrastructure systems, TWG focuses on investing in education, health care, housing, and other social infrastructure within Vietnam. OhmniLabs was asked to be an event exhibitor to demonstrate Ohmni for healthcare and how technology will be applied in the new hospital. Participants of the events included government agencies of the Long An province, health care professionals and experts in Vietnam and overseas.
At its booth, OhmniLabs showed attendees how the Ohmni telepresence robot can help facilitate remote patient care, as well as improve operational efficiency within the new hospital. OhmniLabs as a track record of supporting health care for the elderly and hospitalized children and looks forward to being integrated into TWG’s newest facility
